**What are we looking for?**:
With the opening of our new subsidiary in the Benelux region, we’re looking for a motivated professional to join our fantàstic Customer team.
In this role, you will oversee customer service for the Benelux market and support the Direct Markets team.
You’ll collaborate closely with our sales force and engage directly with customers, ensuring timely, high-quality service.

Ultimately, your contributions will drive both customer satisfaction and sales growth, helping us expand our presence in this important market.

**About the Role**:

- Order management: check orders entered automatically or introduce them in the system when they are manual, make sure they fulfill all the conditions (pricing, payment terms, quantities, deadlines, special requirements, etc), send order preparation to the warehouse, update of status to customers and agents when needed).
- Close contact with sales representatives and Key Accounts to answer all their requests regarding deadlines, status of the orders, product information or others.
- Product availability information: check when a product will be available upon customer request, verify with Planning Department when needed, suggest options if there is no availability for the requested.
- Channeling any information between the company and the customer: send any kind of communications that the company needs to transmit to the customer regarding orders, conditions or product.
- Resolving product or service incidents: manage any kind of product or service claim, coordinating with Quality, logistics or any other department.
- Invoicing and other administrative tasks specific to the position.

**About you**:

- More than 2 years' experience in a similar position in Industrial sector
- Valuable knowledge of the Benelux market.
- Languages:

- Essential English (B1), Dutch (native).
- Other languages are valued: German / French / Italian.
- Other requirements
- Desirable technical profile with demonstrable experience in using ERP, B2B and CRM.
- Excel intermediate level.
