**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the Greek kitchen team and supervise daily culinary operations to ensure excellence in food preparation, consistency, and timely service.
- Design and execute traditional and contemporary Greek menus with a focus on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and flavour.
- Supervise food preparation and provide hands-on guidance during service hours.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and utilised in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Assist in staff scheduling, training, and development initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on food cost control, menu engineering, and supplier relations.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Foster a positive and professional kitchen culture with clear communication, feedback, and team engagement.

**Requirements**:
**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum 5 years of culinary experience with at least 2 years as Sous Chef in a Greek or Mediterranean fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel.
- Profound knowledge of Greek culinary traditions, herbs, spices, and plating aesthetics.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, capable of training junior team members effectively.
