We are currently looking for a passionate Sous Chef to join COYA team. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for culinary excellence and a keen eye for detail. You will assist the Head Chef providing exceptional food quality and presentation. Responsibilities Oversee and assist the kitchen staff in all aspects of food production Evaluate food products to ensure consistent quality standards Establish and maintain a regular maintenance schedule for all kitchen areas and equipment Provide training and professional development opportunities for all kitchen staff The ideal candidate for this Sous Chef position will have: Minimum 5 years of previous experience in a similar role in a high-end high-volume venue. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Advanced knowledge of South American and Nikkei cuisine. Excellent communication skills. Must have high level of both spoken and written English and Spanish. Ability to maintain high standards of food hygiene. Ability to work under pressure. Have the ability to inspire, motivate and train kitchen staff to deliver the highest levels of service. Must be friendly and attentive. Passion for culinary.
