**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the hot section of the kitchen with responsibility for mise-en-place, preparation, and service of hot Greek dishes.
- Ensure consistent execution of dishes according to recipe specifications and presentation standards.
- Coordinate with other kitchen sections for smooth service flow.
- Maintain kitchen organisation, cleanliness, and hygiene in accordance with HACCP and company standards.
- Monitor portion control and minimise food waste.
- Contribute to menu development and implementation of seasonal items.
- Train and mentor junior chefs and Commis working within the section.

**Requirements**:
**What We’re Looking For**
- 3-4 years of culinary experience, including 1-2 years as CDP in a Greek or Mediterranean restaurant.
- Strong technical ability in hot kitchen operations and traditional Greek cooking methods.
- Team player with excellent time management and organisational skills.
- High attention to detail and a passion for culinary innovation.
- Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver consistent quality during peak hours.
