**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with preparation of fresh ingredients for traditional Greek dishes under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Perform basic cooking tasks and support mise-en-place for hot and cold kitchen sections.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations and cold storage.
- Support other sections as required and participate actively in team briefings.
- Ensure correct labelling and storage of all food items in accordance with HACCP standards.

**Requirements**:
**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen is an advantage.
- Culinary school graduate or currently undertaking culinary training.
- Passionate about Mediterranean cuisine and eager to learn new techniques.
- Basic understanding of kitchen tools and equipment.
- Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and good physical stamina.
- Willingness to take direction and grow within the culinary brigade.
