**Revenue Operations Expert (RevOps)**

Build38 is a cyber security scale-up that takes care of securing mobile apps. We enable all sorts of solution providers (from car manufacturers to banks, from public transit operators to identity providers) to deliver their mobile use cases securely. We already protect millions of Android and iOS endpoints with our SDK which, together with our backend analytics platform, provides the most comprehensive mobile app security solution in the market.

Build38 is an international company, with headquarters in Munich, a Sales office in Singapore, and a tech hub in Barcelona. Build38 is invested in by Tikehau Capital Paris, GD Ventures Munich, eCAPITAL Münster, and Caixa Capital Risk Barcelona having successfully raised over 18m EUR by now.

We are seeking an experienced and creative **Revenue Operations Expert** with a track record in selling B2B SaaS software solutions and enabling startup growth to scale up. If you have a sales career and want to develop at an innovative and fast-growing start-up, this is the ideal opportunity for you You must be comfortable selling complex solutions to large organizations and ready to be rewarded based on success.

You will work in cooperation and close coordination with the CRO.

**Here is a little taste of your challenge**:

- Refine metrics and valuation of the sales funnel and appropriate measurements.
- Build models, analyze data, create reports, generate insights, make specific and actionable recommendations, and influence business.
- Oversee target reach and other operational sales metrics and support the sales team reaching their targets.
- Generate meaningful forecasts for the sales organization and follow ups.
- Support Marketing and SDRs in automation for campaigns and follow ups integrated with CRM and other tools.
- Enhance the use of our Zoho CRM by customizing it to our needs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in revenue operations.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as product and customer success, to implement process improvements.
- Manage and measure the team of AEs, SDRs on a daily level supporting the CRO.
- Provide training and support to team members on revenue operations best practices and tools.
- Support the SDR/AE team in identifying key accounts and taking them over.
- Keeping updated account status and pipeline.

**Who are you? **_There is no set route to become part of Build38. But to be successful in this role, this is the kind of profile we have in mind:_
- 2-3 years of experience in revenue operations or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and analytics to improve performance.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing tools, such as customer relationship management Systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team.
- Knowledge of the sales process and the company’s target audience and goals.
- Ability to conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities for growth.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.
- A desire to learn and grow in the revenue operations field, and a willingness to continuously improve and develop skills.
- Willing to work in an international and distributed team, share progress with teammates and accept suggestions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, savvy in negotiation and presentation in English**.**
