Please have a look here ;) Location: Barcelona Office- Spain Mission: The Revenue Operations Analyst ensures accurate forecasting, transparent performance reporting, and process optimization, ultimately driving profitable growth and operational efficiency. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Financial Operations & Revenue Strategy ● Support revenue forecasting, variance analysis, and actuals vs. plan tracking in collaboration with the Finance and teams. ● Assist in building dynamic models that project pipeline conversion and revenue attainment. ● Help analyze unit economics, CAC, LTV, margins per service, payback periods, and cohort-level performance of leads and clients. Data & Reporting ● Maintain and enhance dashboards that tie revenue performance to key financial KPIs (e.g., margins per service, ltv, cac, forecast, net retention). ● Work with Finance to ensure accurate data flow between HS and financial systems. ● Cross-departmental collaboration and support Process Optimization ● Identify operational inefficiencies that impact financial performance, such as lead leakage, slow deal cycles, or inconsistent discounting. ● Participate in cross-functional initiatives that align RevOps processes with financial controls and planning cycles. Systems & Tools ● Support the integration of tools and data sets (e.g., CRM, ERP, billing platforms) for improved revenue visibility. ● Use Excel/Google Sheets, SQL (optional), and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to support decision-making. You have: 5/6 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Business Analysis and Revenue/Sales Operations Experience developing and presenting business metrics to the management team. Experience working across multiple departments. Must: Power BI experience Desirable: Experience with Tableau Desirable: Experience working as a Review Operation Specialist or Business Analyst Fluent English A natural tendency to share knowledge with your colleagues.
