With seven locations in Madrid, Rome, Barcelona, Budapest, Vienna, Copenhagen, and Berlin, we are rapidly expanding, so you’ll find IKONO in the heart of major cities across Europe (and beyond). **YOUR MISSION** We’re expanding into the B2B market and are on the lookout for an enthusiastic, proactive Sales Executive to help us create unforgettable experiences for schools, agencies, startups, corporations, event planners, and beyond in Madrid and Barcelona. Experience in inbound sales, cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation is highly valued. - **Event Industry Expertise**: Prior experience in the events, entertainment, or hospitality industry is strongly preferred. Familiarity with B2B event sales processes is a plus. - **Sales Process Management**: Proven experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. Ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. - **Client Engagement**: Experience working with corporate clients, agencies, and event planners. Ability to nurture long-term partnerships and negotiate B2B agreements. - **Language Skills**: Proficiency in Spanish, with advanced English skills (C1 level required). Additional European languages are a strong advantage (Catalan and Italian will be a plus). - **CRM Proficiency**: Experience using CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive for lead management, tracking, and reporting. - **Sales Tools & Market Research**: Familiarity with sales intelligence tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms to source leads and enhance outreach strategies. - **Presentation & Communication**: Strong presentation skills for pitching event packages and negotiating contracts with senior-level clients.
