**Description of**Internship**
- Do you enjoy telling stories that inspire?_
- We're looking for someone who can help us create meaningful content that connects, informs, and engages our people across the internal communication channels of the Human Resources department._
- In this role, you'll also support the planning and execution of internal events that strengthen our culture and foster a genuine sense of belonging throughout the organization._
- _ Transforming emotions into effective messages._
- _ Storytelling aligned with our brand’s voice._
- _ Writing and editing internal communications._
- _ Editing photos and videos, including creating engaging reels._
- _ Managing relationships with key stakeholders._
- _ Maintaining and organising databases._
- Occasionally organising and supporting internal events.
- _ A degree in Journalism, Audiovisual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field._
- _ A strong ability to communicate clearly, creatively, and effectively._
- _ Good command of Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel._
- _ Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)._
- _ Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written); knowledge of Catalan or Portuguese is a plus._
- _ Excellent attention to detail, with flexibility and autonomy._
- _ A true team player, open to collaboration and constructive feedback._

**Terms & Conditions**:

- College scholarship: 883 € per month
- 6 months, 30 hours per week
- Office based, morning schedule (9AM to 4PM with 1 hour break)
