**What you will do**
**HR Projects & Processes**
Employee Development: Support us in designing, implementing and managing employee development programs that align with our company’s goals and objectives. Your primary focus will be on fostering a culture of continuous learning, professional growth and talent development.
HR Global Projects: Participate in projects led by the Human Resources department which require you to think out of the box and show your expertise in project management, HR strategy and crosscultural collaboration to drive impactful initiatives.

**What you bring**
- ** Educational Background**: Enrollement in a degree program related to human resources, business administration, psychology or a related field.
- **Knowledge of HR Principles**: Basic understanding of human resources principles and practices in for example recruitment, employee relations, training and development.
- **Language skills**: Fluency in English is required.
- **Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities**:Encounter various challenges that require to analyze information, identify issues or trends, and propose potential solutions.
- **Adaptability and Learning Mindset**: Willingness to be adaptable, flexible and open to a dynamic environment and changing processes.
