We are looking for an HR Trainee Administrative for HR team at Mercedes-Benz Group Services Madrid (MBGSM): somebody with experience in HR admin and SAP HR, service oriented who shares our values and culture, and who is ready to go the extra mile to satisfy our customers and business needs. Customer oriented and versatile , he/she will be responsible for end-to-end hands‑on administration efforts to successfully approach, processes improvement. During your time among us, duties in particular will include the following: HR administration support for restaurant tickets and tickets‑guadería administration, certifications, holidays and permissions management (sickness, illness incidents, ma/paternity documentation), medical check‑up, etc. Support to other HR activities (compensation days, archiving, HR inbox follow‑up, etc). Social Security related tasks, Sistema Red, SEPE, etc. Contracts and personal administration Payroll and internal controls KPI's & reporting Archiving Back‑up, compensations, training and recruitment Qualification Bachelor Degree preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field. At least 1 year experience in HR Administration, compensation and Expats processes and controls. Desirable knowledge in SAP HR High level with excel People oriented and team working. Fluent in English and in Spanish with excellent communication skills. Resilient person and committed, who understand what’s urgent, what’s important and plans accordingly. Agility and proactive spirit, with strong customer orientation and service oriented in a team working environment. Key skills: hard‑working, committed, agility, initiative, resilience, customer orientation, team work and people oriented.
