Internship - IT Innovation Marketing Communications

**Position Snapshot**

**Requirements**:

- An agreement letter from your University or Business School.
- EU nationality or NIE (identification number for foreigners)
- Residence: temporary or permanent in Barcelona
- Fluent in English.

**Terms & Conditions**:

- Scholarship 960€ per month / 40 hours a week
- Grant canteen 135 per month
- Access to Nestle supermarket (30% to 50% off)
- Insurance with Zurich during the traineeship

**Period of internship**:

- 6 months internship extensible to one year
- Full-time (Monday to Friday from 9 to 6 pm)

**Key Activities**

We are looking for an intern to join our IT Innovation Team to help with the communication of the tech-innovation stories and events to upskill our employees on the latest innovation trends and technologies, focused on two main areas:

- Creation of compelling stories that highlight both business value and innovation insights for a non-IT audience
- Organization of internal events for our employees to upskill on the latest innovation mindsets and trends (for both IT and non IT audience)

You will help the team by:

- Creating short pieces for the website and social media of tech-enabled innovation stories highlighting its business value and innovation mindset or tech.
- Help on organizing a pipeline of sessions for our IT employees on the latest innovation mindset and trends, as well as the communication of these events to ensure participation and attraction.
- Creation of social media posts for internal channels to promote the work done and upcoming initiatives.
- Maintain our site with the latest updates from our IT Innovation team (trends and events)

**What Will make you succesfull**
- Bachelor in Communication, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Public Relationship or similar one.
- Great attention to detail, able to work independently, as well as being part of a team. Performs well in a multicultural environment that values innovation and open-mindedness. Possess skills in presentation and interpersonal relations.
- Curiosity in innovation trends, new emerging technologies, design processes and product management
- Exposure to Project Management methodologies and Product Management concepts
- Can simultaneously manage multiple complex work streams with different deadlines.
- Have great enthusiasm for new technologies and digital tools. Proficient in SharePoint, MS Teams, MS Forms, social media channels, communication skills, etc.

During this internship, you will become a member of a team of professionals working to unleash Innovation at scale for Nestlé IT. You will have the opportunity to work and practice your knowledge and skills in an environment open for innovation, you will be exposed to both the latest technologies ( AR/VR, Web3, AI..etc) and innovation practices ( Agile, Design Thinking, Future foresight, open innovation etc), and to a great variety of innovation initiatives.
