**We are looking for**

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Trainer who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Enablement Team. You will be the vital link between Product, Marketing, and the Sales floor, ensuring our teams are always confident, compliant, and current.

**Your role in BizAway**
- Design, implement, and deliver a comprehensive 30-60-90 day onboarding program for all new hires (SDRs, Sales Executives, and Customer Success).
- Develop a continuous learning curriculum focused on advanced sales skills, negotiation, objection handling, and competitive positioning against competitors.
- Partner with Product and Marketing to ensure all new features, services, and policies are translated into clear, actionable training materials for the Sales team.
- Define and track training effectiveness using key performance indicators (e.g., time-to-first-deal, average deal size, ramp time).
- Regularly conduct sales team floor audits and manager-level feedback sessions to identify knowledge gaps and prioritize immediate training needs.

**What you bring**
- 2+ years of track record in a closing / full-cycle sales role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- 1+ years of dedicated experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Enablement Specialist, Sales Leader.
- Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions, both in-person and virtual.
- Deep understanding of the B2B SaaS sales cycle; experience in TravelTech or FinTech is a significant plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Proficiency in modern CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and LMS/Training tools.
