In just 18 months, we’ve built a team of 30+ talented professionals, opened two offices, supported dozens of clients, and we’re just getting started.We’re now looking for our first-ever Sales Enablement Lead/ Sales Trainer (VIE contract) , a key role that will directly shape how our SDR team to ramp, learn, and grow.What you’ll be doingOwning and delivering onboarding for new SDRs.Designing and rolling out ongoing training modules (prospecting, discovery, objection handling, etc.)Creating enablement assets: playbooks, scripts, toolkits, and frameworksIdentifying skill gaps in partnership with the Team Leader SDRRunning regular coaching sessions (1:1 and group)Embedding a consistent sales methodology across all teamsTracking enablement impact through clear KPIs and performance metricsCollaborating closely with SalesOps to optimise tools and workflowsAccelerating ramp‑up time and supporting the continuous development of the teamWhat we’re looking for2+ years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally including 1 year as a BDR/SDR + 1 year as an AEStrong understanding of the full sales cycleExcellent communication and teaching skillsFluent in French & English (Spanish is a plus)Excited to join a fast‑growing, entrepreneurial environmentWhat’s in it for youA highly strategic role with direct visibility and impactThe chance to build a complete enablement program from the ground upClose collaboration with Sales Leadership & SalesOpsAn international environment in the heart of BarcelonaApply today and help shape the future of our Sales organisation Additional InformationSeniority level: AssociateEmployment type: OtherJob function: Sales, General Business, and TrainingIndustries: Business Consulting and Services#J-18808-Ljbffr
