Senior Finance Business Partner

This new role will report directly to the Director Business Control and the person will be a key member of the broader CSL Finance team.

Essential duties & responsibilities:

- Be a partner to our Field Operation Functions and a trusted adviser to the CFO and key ADP players. Look to drive success, find solutions and promote ideas in all aspects of the job;
- Lead key financial processes such as operating plans, business reviews and the financial aspects of strategic plans for Implementation. Develop appropriate financial targets for the business to achieve, engage and influence key business partners to execute on these;
- Develop the KPIs and metrics to track productivity and other operational processes;
- Develop and present business cases to support key investment decisions, and partner to implement as appropriate. Track execution of key initiatives and metrics and provide progress updates to management and teams;
- Initiate and lead transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure that local/ EMEA / global change initiatives are effectively implemented;
- Be an agent for change, cultivate a culture of effort, excellence and respect throughout the organization.

Education and experience:

- Master in Finance or MBA
- 8+ years experience, including people leadership (direct or indirect). Audit in Big4 in combination with experience in a Senior FP&A/ Finance Manager role is strongly preferred.

Extensive experience in financial modelling, target setting, performance measurement, strategic planning, and business case development.
- English fluency is essential
