Position Description ADP is hiring a Senior Finance Business Partner • Do you want to be an agent for change, cultivate a culture of effort, excellence and respect throughout the organization? Well, this may be the role for you. Ready to make your mark? In this role, you will report directly to the Director Business Control and be a key member of the broader CSL Finance team. No two days are the same. You will be a partner to our Field Operation Functions and a trusted adviser to the CFO and key ADP players. You will look to drive success, find solutions and promote ideas in all aspects of the job. You will develop the KPIs and metrics to track productivity and other operational processes. To thrive in this position, you need to be able to model a rigorous discipline to solve complex challenges that cross over the applicable domains and be decisive and able to make difficult choices. You will apply your analytical skills to broad business challenges and offer unique perspective and encourages insight generation to others.
