Principal Responsibilities Product Patient Caps in Spain: design and implement the patient cap accounting process, automatization SAP solutions and reconciliations for Key Brands and Indications (monthly accounting and reporting, quarterly reconciliations & credit notes generation and any other adjustments follow up)National Caps Portugal: reconcile national cap with MoH and implement credit notes & price adjustmentsFinance and business partnering support for TAs Leads: P&L set up, business cases analytics, investments requests,etcS&OP and Reporting: demand and supply planning (stocks DSO & obsolesce)Produce adhoc reporting requests, Opex dashboards and KPIs reporting and analyticsReconcile balance sheet discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account informationImplement new ways of working and / or new policies Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting or Auditing and 2 years as Finance ControllerStrong SAP knowledge (FI/SD/CO/COPA)Advanced MS Excel skills, strong attention to detail and good analytical skillsKnowledge of the countrys accounting rulesLearning agility, peoples skills and track record in delivering resultsFluent in English, both written and spoken Education Bachelors degree in Finance and AccountingAdvanced English Level
