**Your role : Working as a Finance Business Partner with our teams in Spain.**

PayFit is looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to accompany its Spanish Business Unit in a super high-growth and ambitious context.

You will be reporting to the Finance Business Partner Manager at Global level.

**Your missions**:

- Work closely with the Country Manager and local teams in Spain on all Business and Financial topics
- Manage day-to-day finance missions: cash collection, support to CS & Sales regarding specific billing issues
- Perform monthly financial reviews and prepare material supports to management
- Prepare forecasts and annual budgets in collaboration with the Country Manager and Finance Global teams
- Perform ad hoc analysis and contribute to the Finance Team projects
- Participate to local team meetings as Finance key contact and representative

**This job has been tailored for you if...**:

- you have 5 years+ of experience in controlling or financial planning or audit
- you have great oral and written communication skills in both Spanish and English
- you are based in Barcelona
- you have experience in business partnering and impressive growth framework
- you are a very organized person, able to handle multiple topics at the same time and prioritize them
- you love to optimize operational performance & process
- you have outstanding analytical skills and accounting skills
- you are autonomous, self-motivated, business-oriented and curious
- you are familiar with some or all of the following tools (or eager to learn them): Looker, Excel, Salesforce, Zuora
