You will report directly to the Director of Business Control and be a key member of the broader CSL Finance team. You will partner with Field Operation Functions, advise the CFO, and drive success through solutions and ideas. Developing KPIs and metrics to track productivity and operational processes will be part of your responsibilities. To succeed, you need to model rigorous discipline, be decisive, and apply analytical skills to broad business challenges. You should challenge others' thinking and encourage insights. Responsibilities : Lead financial processes such as operating plans, business reviews, and strategic plans. Develop financial targets and influence key business partners to achieve them. Create business cases for investment decisions and track progress. Lead transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications : Master's in Finance or MBA, fluency in English, 8+ years of experience including leadership roles. Experience in Big4 audit combined with senior FP&A or Finance Manager roles is preferred. Key Skills : Trusted advisor status, strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills, familiarity with Power BI and Hyperion, strategic planning, excellent communication, relationship building, trend awareness, growth mindset, accountability, and talent development.
