We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Finance department. You will be a part of FP&A team, providing business partnering support to the global marketing and operations (sales & Customer care) teams, and also analytical support to the global finance director. This is a high profile role with direct access to key members of the senior management team.

**Main responsibilities and functions**
- Providing management with analysis and insight into the marketing and operations department’s performance across 3 Kaplan companies
- Monthly P&L preparation and analysis in conjunction with collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to gain insight and information on performance
- Monthly accruals and allocations.
- Building strong relationships within your stakeholders.
- Budget preparations and latest estimate forecasting for Marketing and Operations.
- FP&A support by means of sales analysis and adhoc modelling
- Adding value to decision making by providing recommendations
- Assisting with gathering relevant internal and external audit information
- Ad hoc analysis as requested and by own initiative

**Qualifications** Qualifications and experience**
- Prior 3 years experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Business partnering or marketing accounting experience desirable
- Proven ability in bringing numbers to life for non-Finance stakeholders

**Skills and competencies**
- High level of initiative, self-motivation and drive
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Strong technical accounting skills and an analytical and process-focused mind.
- Strong customer service ethos and high attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise, plan, manage time efficiently and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Fluent English and Spanish compulsory

**Salary**: Gross salary + cheque gourmet card + bonus
