Our client is 40 years of experience company in the global distribution of chemical products ensuring a flawless supply to our customers.
To support fast growth in Europe, we are looking for REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - Polish Market.
Funcionts:
- Plan and implement a winning strategy for the assigned region.
- Develop existing customers and win new customers.
- Understand customer needs and make offers in line with their requirements.
- Grow existing customer overall sales and profitability.
- Develop long term relationships with customers.
- Inform the customers of your product range and introduce new products.
- Negotiate contracts.
- Monitor competitors in the market.
- Independently organise customer visits.
- Participation to trade-fairs and industry associations.
- Education: Higher education in a medical, scientific or commercial.
- Languages: English and Polish.
- Flexibility to travel in Poland region (30%).
- Very valuable experience in the distribution channel of additives for various sectors in the polish market.
