**What’s the job?**

**NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB**
- Handle all reservations (individual & groups)
- Follow-up and conversion of bookings in accordance with budget
- Negotiate group quotes, cancellations and upselling
- Manage billing, deposits, PMS and payment
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients & agents.
- Naturally this is not intended as an exhaustive list of duties. Other duties as may be reasonably required will form part of this job description._
