- Learn about ad products.
- Log information into call management systems.
- Maintain service and product knowledge.
- Provide cover for other Agents in their absence.
- Work with Supervisors on specific projects when necessary.
- Attend regular Team Meetings.
- Keep up service performance, quality and customer satisfaction.
