Assistant for Partnerships

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Travel arrangements and expense reports.
- Organize agendas for delegation visits from partner universities.
- Assist in the organization of international events.
- Undertake benchmarking studies and other strategic research projects.
- Support immersion program days held at the IE Tower.
- Manage the VIP academic partner database.
- Manage excels for department budgets.
- Provide ad hoc logístical support to International Projects unit during delivery of F2F programs.
- Administrative liaison with all IE technical and administrative units.
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks, as needed.
The position will be based at the IE Tower and reports directly to the Vice Provost for Academic Partnerships & Alliances.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, and good communication skills (verbal and written).
A track record of customer interface, excellent organization skills, and a “can-do attitude”.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
- Curious, open to learn and with team-working skills.
- Strong desire to work in a multicultural environment.
