Mortgage Sanctioning Manager

**GOAL**:
- To analyze the credit profile of the applicants, their payment capacity, solvency, risk profile, quality of the mortgage guarantee and payment behavior's of their debts, in order to recommend the proposed sanction and with the appropriate experience even sanction the proposals.
**FUNCTIONS**:
- Proposal analysis: credit analysis of mortgage loan proposals received in the area, including analysis of applicants' creditworthiness, repayment capacity, credit history, employment history and income.
- Validation of the suitability of the real estate collateral submitted.
- Initial investigation of the registration status of the property offered as collateral.
- Recommendation for sanction and/or sanction of the proposal within the assigned powers.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- University degree in law.
- Organization and high attention to detail.
- At least 1 year experience in mortgage credit sanctioning, preferably with experience in debt consolidation.
- Intermediate level of Microsoft office.
**NICE TO HAVE**:
- Highly desirable medium-high level of English
- Highly valued certification of real estate credit expert

- Active, decisive person with initiative, dynamic, ability to react quickly, self-motivation and involvement.
- Empathy with the internal client.
- Communication skills.
