We are currently looking to expand our workforce as a result of business growth and are looking for a person (**Loan Documentation**/**Mortgage Formalization**) for the Mortgage Formalization department who will report directly to the Formalization Manager and will be responsible for the management and processing of Mortgage Debt Consolidation files already sanctioned by the sanctioning department, until they are signed and correctly registered in the land registry.

**The Responsibilities**:
- Formalization of Operations: Property sales, mortgage cancellations, novations and credit assignments and/or sale of credit to investors. Attendance at notary's offices to sign the operations that are formalised and carrying out post-signing formalities (liquidating capital gains, cancellations in land registry and taxes).
- Follow-up of signed files: Follow-up and review of the files from the signing of the mortgage until its definitive registration in the corresponding land registry and resolution of incidents.d charges.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- University degree in law.
- Organization and high attention to detail.
- At least 2 years experience in mortgage formalization, preferably with experience in debt consolidation.
- Intermediate level of Microsoft office.
**DESIRABLE **(Nice to have)
- Medium-high level of English highly desirable
- Highly valued real estate credit expert certification
