**Descripción**:
We are currently searching for a lawyer specialized in Bankruptcy Law with experience in managing judicial proceedings directly, mainly bankruptcy proceedings and mortgage foreclosures.

Among its functions will be the following:
ACTIVE management and coordination of the portfolio according to the guidelines established by the company and the department's management.

Direct legal counsel in court proceedings.

Legal advice to the operations area.

Active participation in the promotion of legal proceedings assigned to external lawyers and compliance with the strategy previously established in coordination with other departments of the company, and in particular with the Asset Management area, in order to meet the objectives of the specific portfolio and its individual objectives.

Meetings and negotiations with insolvency Administrators.

Attendance at auctions, court hearings, creditors' meetings.

Regular Court visits throughout Spain.

Support to the area management in the elaboration of contracts, study of regulations and resolution of legal issues.

Legal support to the different management areas of the company.

Possible participation in negotiations with debtors.

Internal training and other issues that may be required.

Possibility of attending the signature of operations and agreements that may be reached, signing on behalf of the different clients of the company.

**Requisitos**:
Demonstrable experience of at least 5 years in the functions described above, in the management as a lawyer in Bankrupcy proceedings from the point of view of the creditor and the bankrupt, foreclosures, ordinary proceedings, verbal proceedings for eviction, with experience in court.

**Requirements**:
University degree in Law. Collegiate as a practicing attorney

Extensive knowledge of bankruptcy law

Extensive knowledge of mortgage law and commercial Law.

High level of English

Computer skills, advanced level Office package, and legal database management.
