Por esta razón, estamos reforzando nuestro equipo de Madrid con un/a Legal Manager para el Departamento Legal. Será responsable de la gestión y llevanza de todo tipo de procedimientos judiciales, ejecuciones hipotecarias, ejecuciones ordinarias y concursos de acreedores.
Además, Prestará asesoramiento jurídico a los diferentes equipos de gestión de la Empresa, y fundamentalmente al equipo de negociación extrajudicial. De este modo, te animamos a que te inscribas y hagas parte de este gran equipo.
**_ ¿A qué te dedicarás en tu día a día?_**
- Gestión y control ACTIVO de abogados externos que tramitan la dirección letrada de procedimientos judiciales que tenga asignados.
- Cuando se requiera, dirección letrada directa de los procedimientos judiciales.
- Realización de propuestas de subasta.
- Gestión directa con juzgados para agilizar y acortar los tiempos de los procedimientos judiciales.
- Soporte jurídico a los equipos de gestión de la Empresa y a la dirección del Departamento.
- Conocer la forma de trabajo y reporting requerido por los fondos de inversión.
- Gestión enfocada al cumplimiento de los tiempos del Plan de Negocio de los expedientes asignados.
**_¿Qué conocimientos y habilidades deberás tener para triunfar en la posición?_**
Es indispensable que tengas y/o conozcas de:
- Licenciatura en Derecho, con colegiación como ejerciente.
- Más de 5 años de experiência en gestión procesal masiva de expedientes y en las funciones anteriormente descritas - idealmente haber trabajado en un servicer.
- Amplios conocimientos en derecho procesal civil, legislación hipotecaria y Ley 5/2019.
- Conocimientos en legislación concursal.
- Buena comunicación y habilidades de negociación.
- Nível alto de MS Excel.
- Inglés hablado y escrito.
