**About ProBio**:
ProBio proactively provides end-to-end CDMO service from drug discovery to commercialization with proactive strategies, professional solutions and efficient processes in cell and gene therapy, vaccine, biologics discovery and antibody protein drug to accelerate drug development for customers. ProBio's total cell and gene therapy solution covers CMC of plasmid and virus for IND filing as well as clinical manufacturing and commercial manufacturing.
GenScript's European division, headquartered in Rijswijk, Netherlands, with a branch office in Oxford, UK, was established in 2019 to serve as a regional hub for commercial operations, technical support, and logistics across Europe and the UK.
In 2025, we reached a new milestone with the launch of our new production facility in Delft, Netherlands - strengthening our long‑term commitment to operational excellence and enhanced service delivery for our EU customers. **Working Scheme**:Remote in Spain.
**Working Time**:40 hours per week.
**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Sales Account Manager, you are responsible for implementing sales and marketing strategy and tactics for related product/service lines to achieve sales and profit goals in your designated geographic territory. You are expected to use your knowledge of the business and external contacts to expand and deliver profitable initiatives to the organization. Other responsibilities include the following:- Work together with cross-functional teams to ensure all possible actions are taken to secure business in competitive situations.- Share market knowledge and customer feedback with Senior Management, Sales, and Marketing teams.- Use CRM to record and manage Sales pipelines daily;- Develop and maintain a relationship with key accounts.
**What We Expect From You**
- Master's or PhD in a life science discipline, with hands‑on laboratory experience.
- Minimum 2 years of commercial experience in biotech industry.- High level of technical and professional expertise.- Knowledge of the Biological and CRO market with an emphasis on one or more of the following: Gene Synthesis, Protein, Peptide, Antibody, or Cell Line Products/Services a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; Mandarin is an advantage.- Ability to operate effectively and succeed in an international business environment.- Able to travel at least 20%.
- Excellence learning ability and strong communication skills.
