SAUR is as a pure player in water and essential services, working to protect the environment in the heart of the territories it serves.

We are currently looking for a **International M&A Intern, **based in **Madrid, for 6 months (extendable).**

**Mission**:
To integrate M&A International department, replacement of the current intern.

**Responsibilities**
- Sector and Strategic Research: conduct research to identify new market and target opportunities and analyse sector trends and dynamics.
- Documentation: contribute to key documents and preapre presenations for managemenet.
- Strategic Analysis: participate in discussions around acquisition and integration strategies, offering insights on key decisions.
- Financial Analaysis Support: support in preparing detailed financial models and contribute to valuation analyses (DCF, comparable companies, precedents transactions).
- Document Management: maintain a SharePoint site to centralize and organize all documents.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business or Economics on-going.
- Current university degree on-going and available to sign intership agreement.
- Fluent english is a must. French or spanish will be a plus.
- Skills in MS Office (focus on Excel and PowerPoint)
- Availabilty for 6 months (that period can be extendable)
