**Corporate M&A International Tax Manager**:

**Reporting to**: Tax Director

**Based in**: Madrid
- The selected professional will be responsible for the analysis and definition of transfer pricing policies for different transactions.

**What will you do?**
- Lead the M&A tax process, including due diligence, review of SPA tax clauses, and transaction structuring.
- Advise and support the Project Finance team across all financing transactions. Guide local teams worldwide in interpreting and
- ing analyses from local tax advisors on jurisdiction-specific matters.
- Coordinate with external advisors to ensure timely, accurate delivery of reports and effective implementation of their recommendations.
- Evaluate tax implications of both sale and acquisition structures to optimize transaction outcomes.
- Assess transfer pricing consequences of proposed structures and business models.
- Oversee and update global transfer pricing policy, reviewing advisor-prepared documentation to ensure worldwide consistency.
- Identify and drive opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in tax management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with M&A, Project Finance, Legal, Accounting, Investment Analysis, and subsidiaries to align strategies and decisions.

**What do we need?**
- **Education**: Degree in Business Administration or Law; Master’s in Tax (preferably International/Transfer Pricing).
- **Experience**: At least 6 years in M&A at a law firm with international exposure; transfer pricing and knowledge of OECD/International tax rules a plus; experience in construction/renewables beneficial.
- **Skills**: Strong technical base in global/local tax rules; proficient in Microsoft Office; fluent in English (C1).
- **Competencies**: Detail-oriented, organized, analytical, able to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and travel when required.
- **Leadership & Collaboration**: Experienced in managing teams, strong communicator, and effective team player.
