Driven Properties, a leading real estate company from Dubai, is expanding into Europe with its first branch in Madrid, Spain This is a unique opportunity to become part of the founding team that will establish and grow Driven Properties' presence in Spain. We are looking for an Office Manager/Administrator with an entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to help us launch and manage our operations in Madrid.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Madrid office, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Act as the main point of contact for administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, and office supplies.
- Support the leadership team with operational needs and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Manage budgets, invoices, and financial records for the office.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to maintain office efficiency.
- Assist with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new team members and maintaining personnel records.
- Develop and implement office procedures to support the growing team.
- Contribute to creating a dynamic and positive work environment.

Esta es una oportunidad única para formar parte del equipo fundador que establecerá y hará crecer la presencia de Driven Properties en España Buscamos un Gerente de Oficina/Administrador con mentalidad emprendedora y un enfoque proactivo para ayudarnos a lanzar y gestionar nuestras operaciones en Madrid.
**Responsabilidades Principales**:
- Supervisar las operaciones diarias de la oficina de Madrid, asegurando un flujo de trabajo eficiente.
- Actuar como punto de contacto principal para tareas administrativas, incluyendo correspondencia, programación y suministros de oficina.
- Apoyar al equipo de liderazgo con las necesidades operativas y garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas locales.
- Gestionar presupuestos, facturas y registros financieros de la oficina.
- Coordinar con proveedores externos para mantener la eficiencia operativa.
- Asistir en tareas relacionadas con RR.HH., como la incorporación de nuevos miembros del equipo y el mantenimiento de registros de personal.
- Desarrollar e implementar procedimientos de oficina para apoyar al equipo en crecimiento.
- Contribuir a crear un ambiente de trabajo dinámico y positivo.
**Requirements**:
- Experience: At least 2+ years in office management, administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and office management tools.
- Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
- Attributes: Self-starter, problem-solver, and team player with a can-do attitude.
- Mindset: Hunger to be part of a startup environment, entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for contributing to the success of a growing business.

- Experiência: Mínimo 2 años en gestión de oficinas, administración o un campo relacionado.
- Habilidades: Excelentes habilidades organizativas y de multitarea. Dominio de Microsoft Office y herramientas de gestión de oficinas.
- Idiomas: Dominio del español e inglés es imprescindible.
- Atributos: Proactivo, resolutivo y jugador de equipo con actitud positiva.
