About the Role
We are looking for an energetic HR Intern who will work closely with the HRBP to build a great Technogym culture.
In this role, you will also play a crucial role in building/enhancing overall Technogym employer branding awareness within the Country and developing a network with key talent communities for short/long term opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Main focus in creating and executing the equality plan for the company
- Supporting the recruitment process and the HR department in various tasks
- Collaborate in the onboarding process of new employees
- Define strategic initiatives to build up external talent pipelines
- Recommend continuous improvement to practices, processes, or policies to advance the Talent Acquisition function
- Provide support to the Hiring Manager on the Talent Acquisition process and practice
- Plan and develop innovative Employer Branding and Talent Attraction strategies
- Act as a true Technogym brand ambassador, define and execute communications to positively position and increase employment brand awareness in the market
Requirements
- Experience in HR, recruiting strategies and selection techniques in an internationally operating company
- Proficient wit Excel
- Expertise on use of ATS and talent relationship management tools, knowledge of SuccessFactors is a plus
- Knowledge of Social Media and LinkedIn
- Exceptional interpersonal, team building, and communication skills, with a strong customer service mind set.
- Strong teamwork and ability to listen
