**Role purpose and key accountabilities**

**Role purpose**:
To support the HR Operation team in Spain to help in the successful delivery of our strategic plan. AS a part of your role you will partner with members of the Country HR team who coach and aspire you on your HR career journey

**Accountabilities**:

- Employee Records Management: Create and archive HR files in accordance with employee life cycle (new starter workflow, employment changes, leaver administration), legal regulations requirements, updates to internal tools and databases, ensure a classification and identification process for access for auditing purposes as needed
- Assist the HR Operations to run induction/welcome sessions for new starters and complete onboarding steps
- Help to provide local benefits administration support and managing employee queries
- Assists in communication and training materials, event planning, ongoing HR initiative

**Essential requirements [skills, experience, qualifications]**:

- Medium/high level of Spanish
- Agile and Ability to manage ambiguity, risk and requirements as per changing strategies
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, deductive reasoning, inductive reasoning
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Collaborative style and team oriented approach.
- Ability to multitask across multiple projects and programmes simultaneously.
- Ability to build solid working relationships with colleagues

- Able to effectively manage data and metrics used to measure the success of key initiatives would be helpful
- High level of passion, drive and enthusiasm for HR
- Seeks feedback, continuously learns, and takes advantage of opportunities to improve knowledge, skill, and experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
