HR Intern

**European Bartender School is looking for an HR Intern to join our international team**:
We are looking for a talented and motivated HR Intern to join our HR Team for approximately 6 months. You will help us to build and support our growing international team and we will help you develop your skills. You will work closely with our HR Manager and HR Business Partner on all department-related tasks. You’ll be part of almost every HR process and working on operational, administrative, and strategic levels. With us, you carry responsibility from day one and get the chance to have a real impact

**Here’s what you’ll do**:

- Provide HR support to managers and employees, including participation in the organisation of training and workshops
- Support in recruitment activities (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, leaving processes)
- Participation in management meetings
- Maintain and update HR documentation, update employee details in HR software and ATS (Applicant Tracking Software)
- Assist in the preparation and subsequent conduct of the weekly briefing for the entire EBS team
- Support the Office Coordinator in keeping the office a great space to work and making sure our teams have what they need
- Plan, develop and lead a project of your choice which matches your interests

**Job requirements**:

- Academic background in the field of Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, Social Science, or a comparable field of study
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, but any other language is a big plus
- You have a deep sense of commitment and a willingness to learn
- You are a ‘people first’ problem solver
- You like working with international teams and supporting others
- You are a strong team player and a multitasker with keen attention to detail
- You have excellent listening skills and are well-structured when taking notes
