At Papernest we are looking for a data enthusiastic and passionate person to join our international HR team as HR Analytics Intern. **️As a HR Analytics Intern, you will**: - Collaborate with the Analytics area to provide meaningful insights about the employees. - Understand the business’ needs in terms of HR and seek for impactful solutions. - Ensure the Data Quality of the area across the principal HRIS users. - Build and maintain different HR dashboards in Looker (Headcount, Attrition, Absenteeism ) - Collaborate in periodic explanatory reports as HR Costs&Controlling, Payroll quality checks, Policies implementation - Identify HR process improvements and take part on the design, creation and implementation project via Automations, Lean methodologies or others. The position will be allocated under the HR Operations Area. Nevertheless, you are going to work with different topics concerning areas such HR Management and Talent Acquisition, depending on the task or action carried out. To better visualize our daily tools and applied knowledge, you will be able to work with: - Data Warehouse: BigQuery (SQL) - Automation: Google Apps Scripts (Javascript) - Data Visualization: Looker (before Visual Data Studio) - Specific data wrangling or acquisition: Python **About you**: - Business School or Engineering background - Ideally, you have a first experience in Human Resources or Analytics - Advanced level of Excel or Google Sheets (Nested Formulas have no secrets for you) - Advanced Spanish level (C1-C2), intermediate English(B1-B2) - Available for an internship of 5 to 6 months **What we offer**: **By joining papernest you will be part of a working environment which is**: - **Flexible** thanks to a remote friendly policy (1 day of home office possible per week) ‍️ - **Exciting and challenging**.
