**Your mission**:
Ensure the proper functioning and efficiency of processes related to personnel, logistics and administration of the department.
What are you going to do:

- Recruitment and selection of drivers: Spain, France, UK.
- Provide drivers training
- Manage the news of the driver department: attendance, staff up and downs, absences.
- Review and consolidation of expenses of freelancers and staff drivers.
- Participate in meetings and follow up on agreed actions to ensure compliance.
- Purchase of materials and control of inventory.

**Your profile**:
We are looking for someone who:

- has previous experience in admininstrative and human resources functions.
- has knowledge of personnel management, recruitment and selection process.
- has ability to work independently and in a team
- has excellent communications skills in english and spanish. Is a plus other languages.
- has avaliability to travel monthly or quartly
