Driver Performance Executive

**Purpose of the role**:
This is an exciting role assisting the Operations Manager in supervising the FREE NOW driver performances. The role offers a variety of responsibilities across operations, ensuring that drivers using the FREE NOW platform are offering the best quality of service possible by identifying, proposing new ideas and actioning a variety of driver behaviours.

This role offers a great opportunity to be involved in a wide range of operational tasks in the fast-paced environment of a growing company.

**Main areas of responsibility**:

- Track driver performances across a number of KPIs
- Assess & analyse ride data and feedback to identify driver behaviours
- Managing & delivering on projects to keep up driver performances
- Present findings and actions on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to Operation manager and other stakeholders
- Use a variety of tools to reach out to drivers and work with them to ensure they are using the FREE NOW platform properly and relay the need for an excellent quality of service for FREE NOW users
- As a member of the Driver Operations team, ad-hoc assisting in other supply/driver based initiatives

**Skills and Competencies**:

- 1-2 years experience in an operational or customer facing role. Experience in the ride-hailing industry is a bonus
- You are comfortable working with datasets & making data driven decisions.
- You are metrics driven & hold yourself and other team members accountable to clear goals
- You have excellent customer service & organisational skills
- You are a self-starter with a bias towards action and are able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment
- You have a strong sense of ownership and a problem-solving mindset
- You are a relationship-builder, enjoy meeting new people and are great at quickly understanding how to best work together
- You have an eye for detail and a focus on quality in everything you do
- You are personable, confident and are able to deal with an array of different characters and tailor your communication accordingly
- You have an excellent level of written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
