Position: Dutch/Flemish Technical Support Representative

Location: Remote/work from home from anywhere in Spain

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Maintain the technical support of the SMA Service Line
- Use communication and troubleshooting skills to provide customer support to electrical installers and end customers of the solar technology company
- Provide 1st level technical support on several product groups

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Native level Dutch speaker, fluent in English (at least B2+ level) both, spoken and written
- Have the ability to follow technical troubleshooting guides
- Have the technical knowledge to determine technical / procedural resolution or escalation path

**OFFER**:

- Permanent full-time contract
- Working hours from 9 to 17
- Sign bonus of 1000€ (500€ during 1st month, 250€ during 2nd and 3rd month)
- 5 weeks training under contract, potentially involving travel to Barcelona for 2 days (costs fully covered)
