Si tienes ganas de añadir valor al equipo y asumir nuevos retos que se te irán presentando, ven a conocernos Tu misión será garantizar un soporte técnico de calidad para soluciones Web y Mobile, asegurando la correcta implementación, integración y funcionamiento de los productos Facephi. Es un rol que combina análisis técnico, colaboración con diferentes equipos internos y contacto profesional con clientes, además de proactividad en la mejora continua de procesos y soluciones. ✍️ Tareas principales Brindar consultoría y soporte técnico a clientes Facephi en soluciones Web y Mobile. Analizar, diagnosticar y resolver problemas técnicos, coordinando con distintos equipos internos y manteniendo al cliente informado del progreso. Colaborar con el equipo de Ingeniería aportando información relevante desde la experiencia del cliente, proponiendo mejoras y compartiendo actualizaciones. Participar en instancias de preventa y POC, guiando técnicamente a clientes en implementación y configuración. Mantener un conocimiento técnico profundo de los productos y servicios para asegurar integraciones exitosas y soporte de calidad. Colaborar en pruebas de funcionalidad y usabilidad de aplicaciones Web y Mobile. Monitorizar el rendimiento de aplicaciones, solicitudes de soporte y patrones de incidencias, proponiendo mejoras. Identificar oportunidades de actualización o innovación que aumenten la satisfacción de los clientes. Mantenerse actualizado en tecnologías Web y Mobile, compatibilidades entre navegadores, sistemas operativos, dispositivos y seguridad. Participar en guardias rotativas durante fines de semana y festivos para incidentes críticos.
