**Reporting**: DVA Management and Head of Legal, Compliance & Governance, DVA Group

**Employment Type**: Full Time

**Work Time**: Flexible & across time zones

**Location**: Malaga, Spain

**Responsibilities**:
Liasoning with External Counsels for legal fee negotiations and dispute resolution across the Countries in alignment with the DVA Management and Head of Legal, Compliance & Governance, DVA Group.

Briefing External Counsels adequately and exclusively preparing the appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings across the Country Jurisdictions.

Coordinating with Internal Business teams and providing legal guidance to the DVA Companies on the Litigations.

Responsible for the overall Litigation Management & monitoring the status of the suits across the Countries for closures.

Providing periodic Updates to the Management and the Head of Legal, Compliance & Governance, DVA Group

Setting up and Monitoring of a Case Management System

Providing timely support for Labour Contracts

to support any Court proceedings and Authorities as may be required

Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Head of Legal, Compliance and Governance, DVA Group within the scope of responsibilities.

**Your Profile**:
Academic degree (Bachelors or Masters) in Law from a recognised Institution/ University

Advanced Legal and Litigation experience in Law Firms/ MNCs of 8 to 10 years. Strong business acumen in the Life Sciences Industry would be an added advantage.

Full language proficiency in Spanish and English (verbal and written)

Profound inter-cultural and communication skills with the ability to guide business on Litigation and legal matters across functions
