**Join our Transcom Family as Training & Quality Manager - NETS**
You will collaborate with NETS - a Danish payment solutions company. NETS is a well-known player in the corporate market and to ensure the quality of service is constantly improving, we are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join the Training & Operations team.
You will be the Training & Quality Manager - working with teams in a variety of locations. We provide services to nets from 6 different locations, covering 8 languages/markets - Nordics, Dach, Baltics.
This role will suit an organized person who loves to drive change and provide hands-on support to all training staff.
**Your main responsibilities will include**:
- Detect training needs, improvement actions, with the design, planning and coordination of the training linked to its service, following the procedures established at NETS.
- Monitoring of the different training courses in your area of responsibility, guaranteeing quality and compliance with the procedures established.
- Review that the training provided adapts to service demand, complying with the correct quality and contents, implementing improvements in the procedures when required.
- Define and design action plans to improve training quality in coordination with the Business Managers and the Client Organization.
**The Training & Quality Manager is in charge of**:
- Managing a team of 10-15 trainers
- Guaranteeing and boosting the quality of the services of his/her area of responsibility.
- Planning, executing and the coordination of the NETS training plans and improvement of its quality.
- Acting as a trainer of instructors, supervising and verifying the success of the training provided by its collaborators, or by him/her, where appropriate, guaranteeing the obtainment and improvement of the quality standards established and the training required for the employees earmarked to the training included within his/her area of responsibility, following the procedures established at the Company.
**We are looking for**:
- Knowledge/Specific training in Effective Presentations and in Communication Techniques.
- COPC knowledge preferred
- Experience in HR/Managing a team
- Excellent at building professional relationships
- English language, verbal and written communication
**You are based in one of the below locations. Note: Travel to all of the locations is necessary.**
