David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit Dutch speaking Customer Representative for their Malaga office.
Position: Customer Representative
Location: Malaga, Spain
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Respond to customers queries in timely and efficient manner
- Management of reservations (modification, cancellation or creation of new reservations)
- Manage the back-office of reservations (issuance, modification and cancellation of reservations)
- After-sales service (litigation and compensation management)
- Manage and manage the administrative process (invoicing, written communication, travel documents)
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Native/fluent in Dutch, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Knowledge of French language will be considered as an advantage
- Proven working experience in a customer service roles
- Previous experience as a travel agent and knowledge of GDS tools (Saber, Amadeus, Galileo) will be considered as an advantage
- A skilled communicator who enjoys creating personalized verbal and written communication
- A team player who thrives in collaborating, giving and receiving feedback and lifting others up
- Computer literate and confident using tools such as Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, etc.
