**CrowdFarming** ist eine nachhaltige und transparente Alternative, die Lebensmittelverschwendung reduziert, eine direkte Verbindung zwischen Erzeuger und Verbraucher herstellt und dabei bewussten Konsum und Planbarkeit der Ernte fördert. Wir haben 2017 begonnen und revolutionieren das Konsumverhalten unserer Kunden jeden Tag ein bisschen mehr.
Unser Team wächst schnell und deshalb brauchen **wir Unterstützung im Kundenservice in unserem Büro in Madrid.**
**Was werden deine Aufgaben sein?**
- Unseren Kunden mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen
- Bearbeitung eingehender Kundenanfragen zur CrowdFarming Philosophie, Bestellungen, Transportfragen uvm. am Telefon, E-Mail und über soziale Netzwerke
- Unsere Kunden mit Leidenschaft über bewussten Konsum zu informieren und dabei zu unterstützen
- Zwischenfälle mit einem Lächeln lösen (wir versprechen, dass wir versuchen, sie zu vermeiden, aber das klappt nicht immer)
- Übersetzung von Texten für unsere Website
- Freudig und neugierig die täglichen Überraschungen der Landwirtschaft erleben
**Dein Profil**:
- **Deutsch **ist deine Muttersprache und du hast gute **Spanisch**:
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Du hast mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung im Kundenservice
- Berufserfahrung in Vertrieb, Kundendienst, Logistik, Landwirtschaft und/oder Onlinehandel sind erwünscht
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und bist gleichzeitig ein Team Player
- Du bist flexibel und ehrgeizig
- Du bewahrst auch in stressigen und unerwarteten Situationen einen kühlen Kopf
- Dein Öko-Herz schlägt grün und du möchtest diese Welt revolutionieren
**Wir haben für dich...**
- Einen Arbeitsvertrag für eine** 40-Stunden-Woche**:
- Eine 5-Tage-Woche à 8h (Montag-Sonntag), um unseren Kunden den besten Service zu bieten: Du arbeitest alle 5 Wochen 1 Wochenende und hast dafür am Freitag davor und am Montag danach frei
- Ein **internationales**, junges und hoch motiviertes Team in einem schnell wachsenden Start-up

- Möglichkeit an 2-3 Tagen pro Woche im **Homeoffice **zu arbeiten
