**You bring these skills, experience & education**
- Intermediate or higher degree university studies
- Mechanical and/or electronic engineering preferred
- Excellent command of speaking, reading and writing in English
- Excellent command, speaking, reading and writing in Spanish
- Proven track record of successful leadership and management experience in a similar role within the packaging or food and beverage industry.
- Strong technical expertise in packaging, machinery, food science, product development, and related technologies.
- Excellent understanding of packaging regulation, food safety regulations, quality management systems, and industry best practices
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize resources effectively
- Innovative mindset and a passion for driving product innovation and continuous improvement
