Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Energy Director located in Barcelona. The Technical Energy Director will oversee energy projects, lead technical teams, and manage resources to ensure the successful execution of energy solutions in the built and industry environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing multiple projects, supervising research and development tasks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing innovative energy solutions. The role involves ensuring compliance with industry standards, monitoring project progress, and driving alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Engineer/Architect
  • Experience in Team Management and Team Leadership
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in Energy Solutions, both for the tertiary and the industry sector
  • Skills in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating complex energy projects
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with diverse teams
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field
