We are looking for a dedicated Technical Art Director with a real passion for making games You will be collaborating in our New Games business on our exciting new projects partnering with VP of Art in leading Technical Artist resourcing, ensuring efficient team placement across the Business Unit. **Technical Artist Leadership & Management**
- Provide key leadership, mentor and hands on support to Tech Art Leads across all teams.
- Develop and maintain an in
- depth knowledge of the tech artist community, understanding strengths, challenges and opportunities that aid in accurate resourcing and the complete development of an engaged, successful organization.
- Provide constant and consistent functional leadership and support to all technical artists and technical animators as required, especially in regard to goal setting and career development
- Work in partnership with other Craft leaders to ensure games teams are organized and perform towards the goals.
- Be responsible for the training of the team across the group, promoting the healthy, ongoing development of all relevant skills
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, to drive the hiring process and strengthen the team

**Technical Leadership**
- Provide key inputs to all game teams regarding art processes and content pipelines (incl. technical specifications), ensuring an efficient way of working in each phase of development and implement to the relevant workflow consistencies required and that content is crafted and implemented to ensure quality and scalability
- Partner with EP’s and Art Directors to ensure content pipelines are set up for production success and future content growth
- Be a key participant within the New Games Technical Leadership, ensuring the group has an advocate and champion of Art
- Contribute to all Tech Reviews for New Games
