**Description**:
**Looking for your chance to shine?**
This role is the ‘human face’ of the bank - providing excellent customer service and helping to resolve our customers’ issues. It’s all about giving the right solution, the first time.
This is a team role - working with other Swedish speakers and alongside advisors working in other European languages.

**What you’ll do**:

- Create an environment in which customers feel welcome and comfortable
- Make efficiency the second priority behind giving a first-class service
- Work within the policies and processes set up by Bank Norwegian.

**You’ll definitely**:

- Be native or bilingual level speaker of Swedish and Fluent in English
- Be able to show how you have dealt with customers in the past - either in a face-to-face role or in a call centre
- Have experience of working with a number of IT systems at once

**You might even**:

- Know what it feels like to work in a fast-paced, environment where workload can be heavy at times
- Know a thing or two about the banking sector
