AZUL HANDLING_**_, _in co-operation with our partner airline **_RYANAIR_**, is currently looking for a **GROUND OPERATIONS CONTROLLER**to join our Head Office team in Seville, Spain.

**ROLE**:
Reporting to the OCC Lead Agent, your duties will include (but not limited to):

- Point of contact and direction to all airports in our network
- Identify, highlight and immediately resolve areas of under-performance by airports
- Authorisation of invoices for ad-hoc ground handling and timely EU261 care following immediate disruption
- Ensure that Ryanair policies, procedures and contractual agreements are being adhered to
- Arrange ad-hoc Crew HOTAC & Ground Transport
- Ensure that all Ryanair information systems are correctly updated where appropriate
- Develop and production of reports in an accurate and timely manner to extract and collect required data according to the business needs
- Coordinate and produce informative reports between Ryanair, airports and Azul Handling on key performance areas such as punctuality, cancelations, operational improvement, safety and security audits, or any other as required by the business needs
- Other duties as requested by OCC Lead Agent/Ops Control Management/Azul Management

**Requirements**:

- General Certificate of Secondary Education
- A high degree of flexibility will be required
- Fluent Spanish and English required
- Computer knowledge advanced (MS Word, Excel)
- Demonstrated experience in ground operations (at least 3 years of extensive airline operational experience) working in a fast-paced environment required, will be a plus
- Knowledge of Skyspeed/Navitaire, will be a plus
- The ability to work and communicate effectively under pressure
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good interpersonal skills and strong outgoing personality
- Be knowledgeable the Cultural Identity of the company, The Azul Way
- A good telephone manner
- Available to live in Seville
