All of this supports us in our mission to power the world’s marketers with trusted & impactful advertising. **Overview** We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst based in **Barcelona **to join our EMEA Sales Operations Team and partner with the **EMEA Head of Core and New Business team.** Acting as a "**Consultant” of the EMEA Head of ore and New Business team**, you will be a key contributor on the success of this new business being part of the organization and sales strategy design and execution. The main focus will be on evaluating **sales and account management performance** and improving **efficiency** through **automation** and best **practices.** **Key Responsibilities** **Operational Business Partner** - Drive **EMEA Agency** **quarterly planning**, **target setting** and **achievement** tracking processes in close collaboration with the Business Operations Team - Drive weekly **business performance review**, provide **regular updates** to the Management, **challenge** the teams and track progress on **associated priorities** - Drive **new business territory sizing** and support **new business strategy **&** action plan** - Drive local **implementation **of global commercial** strategic initiatives** - Drive adoption of **Sales Solutions** (primarily Salesforce) and associated **Sales Effectiveness Processes** within the region. Ensure **data integrity** of Salesforce and other Sales Solutions in close collaboration with the Sales Effectiveness Team **Strategic Partner** - Support EMEA Head of **C**ore and New Business team** in the **definition**, **implementation** & **tracking** of **quarterly priorities** - Create **performance narrative** and **challenge** the team **through monthly **&** quarterly cycle** - Run **in depth analysis** to highlight **business drivers** and **opportunities** for **improvement/growth** - Lead and collaborate with **cross-functional teams** to design & implement solutions that drive **new business/growth opportunities** supported by strong **analytical insights** - Provide **analysis** to support **process improvements** initiatives and **productivity gains** **Who we are looking for?** - BS / MS Degree or equivalent experience - 3-5+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, Sales, FP&A, Consulting or Investment Banking, with increasing responsibilities. - Advanced Analytical & Excel skills - Attention to detail and process oriented - Demonstrated track record of cross-functional facilitation and partnering in a matrix organization - Ability to maintain positive relationships on a senior level to accomplish organizational goals in a multicultural environment - Expertise in developing and implementing streamlined processes - Ability to work autonomously, with a keen attention to details and a high sense of prioritization - Expertise in Salesforce and/or analytical tools (SQL, Tableau) is a plus At Criteo, we are committed to creating an environment where all Criteos feel a sense of belonging.
